We are pleased to introduce the latest, most advanced series of benchtop lab mixers on the market today. This new series offers six times the horsepower available on any of our previous lab scale units, as well as increased shaft speeds, therefore performance can be scaled directly to production batch volumes for even highly viscous products. The look is updated, offering a touchscreen control panel with the electronics contained within a sealed base cabinet. The entire cabinet is 316SS and includes a non-slip ribbed rubber mat.

Integrated PLC controls with exact speed programming through the touch screen, or the operator can ramp the speed up or down in user-defined steps to fulfill their specific needs.
Capable of running up to 12,000 RPM, the Benchmix™ will provide mixer tip speeds of 60 ft/s to exactly replicate production scale units. The Benchmix™ Rotosolver head has been redesigned to be an even more exact scale down from all production Rotosolver heads.
Each of the new models within the Benchmix™ series is available with interchangeable heads - a Rotosolver (2 sizes), Rotostat XP (with lower prop), or Rotostat X (no prop) high shear heads. Low speed props including 1”, 1.5”, and 2” are also available for running products that require simple agitation.
Each of the new models is also available with an exact to-scale upper foil, increasing the volume capacity of the unit and more closely matching production scale unit performance.
Each of the new models have an improved electric lift for quiet and extremely smooth operation with an overrunning clutch and brake system to allow for safe and precise mix head positioning.
