SLIDE GATE TECHNOLOGY (OPTIONALLY) With the patented slide gate system the product loss is reduced, which does lead to a significant yield increase. Besides minimizing the dust impact of the product in the machine, the slide gate system also offers the possibility to run pellets on the same dosing station. Finally the slide gate technology does ease to handle difficult products significantly.

FAULTY CAPSULE EJECTION Non-seperated capsules are automatically rejected and extracted, so that these faulty capsules are removed from the flow of good capsules, prior to the ejection station. By design the product loss of overfilled capsules is minimized, due to small diameter (forcer) and gentle transport.
