IMA Zanasi 40F Encapsulator is a fully automatic capsule filler able to fill powders into two piece hard capsules. The Zanasi uses intermittent motion to separate, fill, close, and eject capsule at a rate of up to 40,000 capsules per hour. The encapsulator is designed for easy operation, quick change over, and is constructed of stainless steel for easy cleanability. This unit includes one set of Size 0 and one set of size 00 change parts.
