The STI Model-10 Capsule Filling Machine is a semi automated means of filling 2 piece, hard gelatin or vegetable based capsules, size 000, 00, 0, 1, 2, 3, 4 and certain DB size capsule with powder or pellets. The STI Model 10 has been designed to increase pro-ductivity in the capsule filling process. By maximizing filling speeds and ensuring fill weight accuracy,the Model 10's proven design has resulted in faster production, more accurate filling and safer operation. An important safety feature of the STI Model-10 is the below bed capsule closing station which provides protection to the operator while ensuring no product loss. An equally important operating feature is that the operator may sit or stand while operating the Model-10 Capsule Filling Machine, thereby greatly reducing fatigue and increasing operator efficiency. The Model-10 is manufactured from stainless steel and aluminum, which makes the machine exceptionally easy to clean while maintaining cGMP. Specifically engineered size change components ensure that change-over times are kept to a minimum. Precise rectification speed and accurately controlled drive tables ensure the correct delivery of capsules to the filling and to the powder delivery system. With routine maintenance reduced and the Model-10 having proved to be less labor intensive than other comparable models on the market, the STI Model-10 ensures RELIABILITY, EFFICIENCY and DEPENDABILITY
